- Manage the tours – accuracy of tour info, ensure quality and safety.

- Would suit candidates with previous experience as an Estate Agent, Sales Manager or Management experience within the Travel Industry.
- You will be responsible for all day-to-day coordination of marketing activities.
- Creates, manages, and executes all advertising collateral on behalf of the company, including ATL & BTL promotional activity as required.
- Responsible for the day-to-day marketing of the company’s products and services, primarily to the B2C market, with a key interest in the print and digital markets.
- Develop an annual marketing plan outlining the agreed activity for sales & marketing.
- Assess and provide analytical support in relation to new partnerships and business development opportunities to develop commercial logic for entering new sectors.
- Oversee the management of the commercial aspects of each partnership through to the launch of new customer offerings, including the preparation of draft contracts.
- Previous experience in advertising and digital marketing.
- Strong presentation skills along with good relationship management.
- Good Influencing, negotiation and decision making is a must.
- As a travel consultant, you will be taking inbound calls, converting the initial enquiry into confirmed bookings.
- Use effective questioning techniques to establish clients’ requirements.
- Ensure quotes and proposals are produced and communicated within 24 hours.
- Maintain regular contact with direct clients and travel agents.
- Resolve client complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Carried out your own admin.
- Experience in selling upmarket holidays.
- Experience in selling worldwide holidays.
- Able to provide a very high level of service.
- Clear and professional telephone manner.
- Managing all corporate and leisure accommodation requests via telephone, email and online.
- Liaising with suppliers for all booking requests.
- Follow up on client quotes and options.
- Maintaining client files on the reservation system.
- Previous travel industry sales and reservation experience.
- Knowledge of a GDS, ideally Galileo.
- Excellent worldwide destination knowledge.
- Superb communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Team Player with excellent organisation skills.
- Additional languages are preferable
- Selling worldwide holidays over the phone.
- Promoting all travel brands.
- Arranging packages including flights.
- Building rapport with clients.
- Travel Consultant experience.
- Proven success in target target-driven environment.
- Excellent travel product knowledge.
- Clear and professional telephone manner.
- Will ideally suit a current home worker or someone who has travel experience.
