  • Manage the tours – accuracy of tour info, ensure quality and safety.
  • Work closely with Customer relations and Product department
  • Effective communication with Tour Guides and local agents, ensuring the best possible performance levels.
  • Participation in the recruitment and training of new tour leaders.
  • Deal with crises, incidents and all operational problems that arise.
  • Budget control.
  • Attend trade shows and participate in consumer and trade-facing presentations.
  • Travel overseas.

Operations Manager Skills and Experience:

  • Tour Leading Experience.
  • Extensive Long Haul/Adventure Travel experience.
  • Experience in an office environment is preferable.
  • Highly competent at problem-solving.
  • Training and Presenting skills.
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Highly passionate about travel.
