Work closely with Customer relations and Product department
Effective communication with Tour Guides and local agents, ensuring the best possible performance levels.
Participation in the recruitment and training of new tour leaders.
Deal with crises, incidents and all operational problems that arise.
Budget control.
Attend trade shows and participate in consumer and trade-facing presentations.
Travel overseas.
Operations Manager Skills and Experience:
Tour Leading Experience.
Extensive Long Haul/Adventure Travel experience.
Experience in an office environment is preferable.
Highly competent at problem-solving.
Training and Presenting skills.
Relationship-building and influencing skills.
Highly passionate about travel.
