DAY 4 – PRIVATE BURSA AND CUMALIKIZIK VILLAGE TOUR & HEAD TO KUŞADASI
Bursa; the first capital of the Ottoman Empire and one of the great treasure houses of Islamic
architecture. We will visit the Green Mosque and the neighboring Green Mausoleum, both worldrenowned
for their superb tile decoration, as well as the late 14th century Great Mosque and the Koza
Han, which for centuries was the center of the silk trade. We drive to the village of Cumalikizik; one of
the best-preserved Ottoman villages in Turkey with scores of picturesque houses built in the traditional

DAY 5 – PRIVATE EPHESUS TOUR & HEAD TO PAMUKKALE

Take off to the ancient city of Ephesus. Ephesus was undoubtedly
one of the most important cultural centers of the ancient world.
Impressive structures you will see include the Library of Celsus,
Temple of Hadrian, Theater and Odeon. Close by is the House of
the Virgin Mary where she is believed to have spent her last years.
On August 18th, 1961, Pope John XXll proclaimed the House of
Virgin Mary at Ephesus to be sacred. You will have a chance to take

DAY 6 – PRIVATE PAMUKKALE TOUR & HEAD TO KONYA
Pamukkale; with the other name ‘’The Cotton Castle’’
One of the natural wonders of Turkey; the thermal spa
of Pamukkale has abundant supplies of remarkable
hot spring waters laden with calcareous salts. It is
claimed to benefit heart and circulation complaints,
as well as digestive disorders and rheumatic and
kidney diseases. Nobody can dispute its excellent
stress-relieving properties: a half-hour wallow will

ancient city, the monuments and the thermal baths.
See the architectural genius of the theatre, the

DAY 7 –PRIVATE KONYA TOUR & HEAD TO CAPPADOCIA
Konya; the last capital of the Seljuk Empire and another of the great
treasures of Islamic architecture in Central Anatolia. We will visit the
Mausoleum of Mevlana, the world famous mystic. Continue to the
Monument to the Martyrs of the 1919 War of Independence. Drive to
the Karatay Theological School, where beautiful tiles are on display.
Along the way, visit the 13th century Seljuk masterpiece Sultanhan
Caravanserai and arrive in Cappadocia.

DAY 8 – PRIVATE TOUR OF CLASSICAL CAPPADOCIA
In the morning, meeting with the lunar landscape of Cappadocia,
starting with the rock formations beyond; visit Uçhisar Castle,
Pigeon Valley and Love Valley–three coned fairy chimneys” where
the voice of wind mixes with the “songs of fairies”. Avanos, center
of terra cotta work of art since 3000 BC. In the afternoon visit the
famous UNESCO World Heritage Site Goreme Open Air Museum
and see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rockcut
churches with frescoes and paintings (10th & 13th century).

DAY 9 – PRIVATE THE WONDERS OF CAPPADOCIA TOUR & HEAD TO ANKARA
In the morning start the day at Ihlara Valley to walk in
mysterious Ihlara Canyon, a “mirage” in the Steps of Anatolia
up to Belisırma village, the ancient Peristrema: “Valley of the
Sky” along the Melendiz River. Rock-cut churches, spread
across a wild plantation, surprise you with their successfully
painted representations from the Bible. Lunch in Belisirma in
a local restaurant by the river. Visit to Guzelyurt Village old
Karballa, witnessing the local village life, it’s history dates back
8500BC. On the way visit to Tuz Gölü (Salt Lake) and arrival in
Ankara.
