Isolated from the outside world for centuries and only recently opened to western travelers, Tibet is a magical and mysterious place. Perched on a high mountain plateau, Tibet is one of the world’s most extra ordinary destinations and the vibrant lands.
Experience the amazing sight, sounds, and vibrant culture of the holy city Lhasa as well as other important places such as Tsedang, Gyante and Shigatse. With its awe-inspiring palaces and monasteries, rich and unique culture, profound Tibetan Buddhism and spectacular scenery and landscape will amaze you.
The trip is combined with the Nepal tour, because it is only the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu that issues Tibet visa outside China. Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, we apply for the Tibet visa on your behalf with your original passport. It takes 3 working days for the Tibet visa to be issued by the Embassy in Kathmandu. In the meantime you will tour the capital city Kathmandu and one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal – Pokhara!
Not only does Nepal border with Tibet, but it also boasts the tourist hub of South Asia, because of its natural beauty, cultural diversity and above all, one of the most hospitable people on earth. It is home to Sherpa and Gurkhas and the majority of the highest peaks of the world. So, it is also a great opportunity to see the Himalayan country Nepal while traveling Tibet.
