THE TOUR COST INCLUDES:-

• 08 NIGHTS’ Accommodation Double Sharing Basis At Hotels Mentioned Or Similar In The Room Category Mentioned.
• Our proposal based on based on Base category room at all the hotel mentioned. If you want higher category room in the hotel ,you have to pay supplement price for the same.
• Accommodation Will Be On Bed + Breakfast + Dinner basis for the entire tour. All the meals will be in normal hotel restaurant / normal Coffee house.
• 01 train ticket from Delhi – Jaipur in air conditioned chair car as per Itineary 
• Airport transfers sightseeing and excursion will be done by Air condition vehicle as per below :

• 03-04 Pax : Air condition Toyota Innova car /MUV Car
• 06 -08 Pax : Air condition Tempo Traveller

• Please be advised in Jaipur Elephant Ride up to Amer Fort, is subject to availability as there are limited number of elephant available and the clients have t wait in a queue as it will be first cum first serve basis.
• Rates includes only those items specified in your itinerary
• The above cost is based on above mentioned paying pax.
• Entry to any Hindu temples/Mosque is under temples/mosque discretion.
• Distances mention in the itinerary are approximate & driving time depends upon the traffic/ road conditions and refreshments stops taken by the group.
• Our cost is based on contracted rates for leisure business. No conference/business/corporate activity has been envisaged in the tour cost. Including any such activity may result in the above group being treated as a business delegation and the hotels may like to charge separate contracted rates for business delegations.
• Any additional expense incurred due to a chance in the Government of India and Reserved Bank of India regulations pertaining to taxes. fuel hikes air- fares and transport and any force majeure situation due to political conditions fluctuation in rates of exchange we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
• Any meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) as per meal plan of the package would be in the coffee shop of the hotel, in case room service or meals taken at specially restaurant the same would be at an extra cost
• In case, at the time of booking, we do not get the accommodation in the same hotels; will book an alternate hotel/ category of room for which the supplement/reduction will be advised to you accordingly by the operations department.
• Smoking in public places has been prohibited in India, public places include, open spaces, restaurants, hotels, pubs, discotheques, banquet halls, etc. No services would be allowed in separate smoking enclosures/ areas, if available, with the exception of rooms designated as ‘smoking room, in hotels.
• Helios Travel Agency and its associated are not liable for any compensation for damage caused by a force majeure or other unforeseen events that we or our associates could not have prevented even through utmost care. Such events are’ for example. an action of war, natural disaster, contagious disease, strike or other likely events. We would notify our clients / agents timely of such force majeure events as and when feasible and will aim to limit the damage and supplement cost befalling the clients/ agents for making alternate arrangements deviating from the planned program.”
• Booking for Indian railways open 90 days prior to departure and you are requested to provide Name-Passport number, Aadhar Card/Voter ID card (for Indian Citizen) -Age well in time in order to hold booking on definite basis. In case Tickets are on request we would have to purchase instant ticket for which supplement would be advised later.
• Indian railways are not up to the European standard and that certain facilities available in European Train would not be available in Indian Trains and there might be certain inconvenience caused. 

• Please be informed that Package cost is inclusive of itinerary / sightseeing mentioned in the programme. Though we have mentioned sightseeing details / monuments, please be informed that entry ticket to any monuments / Forts / Palaces are NOT included in the programme. Clients need to purchase their own entry tickets before entering any monuments. 
• Boat ride in Lake Pichola / Fateh Sagar lake or boat excursion of any form is not included in the programme. In case clients wants to do a boat ride / Joy ride of any form they did to pay it directly and avail the services. However, if clients want to book the boat ride in advance then same can be done without any extra charges & only boat ride would need to be paid. 
• Elephant ride / Camel ride are not included in the programme if not mentioned in the inclusions. Elephant ride to Amber fort or Camel ride to the Pushkar/Sam Village / Khuri Village, clients need to pay directly. However, in case the client wants to book everything in advance then same can be done without extra charges except the charge of the rides itself. 
• The Chauffer while driving the Vehicle would not take assistance of GPS or any other form of internet assistance like Google Maps as those forms of assistance are misleading and that chauffer would depend on his intuition as well as knowledge as Chauffeurs are knowledgeable and they know the roads thoroughly. 
• In case of any client preference regarding meals they should discuss with our local representative and we would assist them accordingly. Regarding Drinks we request the clients to settle directly with hotels. Some of the hotels that we have selected may be serving Vegetarian meals and that if clients are not comfortable with Vegetarian meals then they should inform the management and accordingly we would amend hotels.   
• In case of Force major where the company have no control over weather like thunderstorm , Earth quake , foggy weather ,  torrential rains , thunderstorm , flood , Outbreak of any contagious disease , lockdown & Closure of airports , railway station , terrorist attack or war between nations , here the company would try to amend programme with or without clients consent and in these cases there may be refund from Hotels / airlines / Railways in case if the said organization agrees to refund back . The Itinerary / Programme may be changed as what would be deemed fit on the ongoing situation. Refund in this case may or may not be possible depending on refund from Hotels / airlines / Railways. 

Force Majeure:

• A Force Majeure is a contract provision that allows a party to suspend or terminate the performance of its obligations when certain circumstances beyond their control arise, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. The provision may state that the contract is temporarily suspended, or that it is terminated if the event of force majeure continues for a prescribed period of time.
• The list of events to be included is a matter of negotiation between the parties. A typical list of force majeure events might include war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, strikes, lockouts, Weather conditions  ,slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies, and acts of state or governmental action prohibiting or impeding any party from performing its respective obligations under the contract. 
• In the absence of a force majeure clause, parties to a contract are left to the mercy of the narrow common law contract doctrines of “impracticability” and “frustration of purpose,” which rarely result in excuse of performance.
