Welcome to Korea! You will be met upon arrival by our local representative English-speaking guide and transfer to Seoul. Accommodation at Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Insadong or similar class.
You will fly to Jeju Island by domestic air and visit various must-see spots in Jeju. Spirit garden is a creative garden completed by farmer Sung Bum-young in Jeoji-ri, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si since 1968, consisting of seven small gardens on 17,800 pyeong of land, and is the target of international exploration with the modifier “world’s most beautiful garden.” Korea’s unique garden trees, bonsai, and bizarre stones and stones are displayed along the margins of grass squares and oreum, and huge volcanic stone walls, stone gates, and waterfalls and ponds pouring down everywhere are in harmony with natural stone structures, showing Jeju’s nature and beauty. Cheonjiyeon falls is a waterfall located in Seogwipo-dong, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do. The name “Cheonjiyeon” means “a pond formed by the meeting of heaven and earth.” The cliffs of the waterfall consist of andesite mixed with trachyte generated by volcanic activity. The width of the waterfall is about 12m, the height is 22m, and the depth of the pond is about 20m. The valley forms a dense forest where various evergreen trees and ferns of subtropical and warm castles grow densely. Breakfast / Dinner. Jeju Ocean Suites or similar class.
Today, you will visit other valuable spots in Jeju as below, Yeomiji botanical garden has been known as the best tourist attraction in Jeju Island. The observation platform with 38 m height in the widely spread field – approximately 134,426 square yard and the indoor Botanic garden – approximately 15,024 square yard – shaped into a sunflower, are known as the largest Botanic Garden in the world. The outdoor Botanic Garden consists of 4 different cultural gardens and a variety of theme parks and also 2,000 different sorts of tropical & subtropical plants. It is well being displayed that the various plants such as Jack fruits of which fruit is nearly 40 kg, Papyrus which was firstly used as materials for paper in ancient Egypt, Mucho which can dance with music, insectivorous plants which can eat insects, etc. and the precious & unique plants are surely observed as well. The Yeomiji Botanic Garden has been gradually improved by planting new species through the seed-exchange with 180 Botanic Gardens in 130 different countries in order to lead the Botanic Gardens in Korea. Sungup folk village is a place that retains the characteristics of old private houses in Jeju Island. Many tangible and intangible cultural heritages are collectively distributed, and the folk landscape in the form of an old village is well maintained. Manjanggul Lava tube has been called “Manjaenggeomeori” in Jeju diarect, was created about 100,000 years ago to 300,000 years ago and formed 1.8 million years ago, but it was only discovered in 1958 and became known to the world. Manjanggul is a lava cave with a total length of about 7.4km and partially multi-layered structure. The main passage of Manjanggul is 18m wide and 23m high, and is a large lava cave worldwide. Sungsan Ilchulbong is huge bowl-shaped crater at the top of the peak and It has a shape like a fortress towering between the blue seas. Breakfast / Lunch. Jeju Ocean Suites or similar class.
You will tour Mysterious Road, Love land and Dongmun traditional market. The mysterious road, called Dokkaebi (Goblin) road, is a strange place where if you stop the car, the car has to go downward, but it rather goes uphill. You will come and verify the secret. Love land (Only adults can enter) is a modern and sex-themed sculpture park and it has the reputation of Jeju Island as a new tourist attraction. Loveland provides a proper approach to sex culture, and it is decorated with a lot of beautiful artwork. Before going to the airport, you will visit Dongmun traditional market which is the oldest and the biggest market in Jeju. After the tour, you will fly to Seoul. Breakfast / Dinner. Today, you will start the tour of Changdeokgung palace (UNESCO Heritage) which was built in 1405 by King Taejong, the third ruler of Joseon. All palaces in Seoul were burnt down during the Japanese invasion in 1592 and Changdeokgung became the first palace to be rebuilt in 1610. Since then, it became the primary palace for about 270 years where 13 kings including the last monarch dealt with state affairs. Visit Korea house and experience making Korean food “Bibimbab” and trying on the Korean traditional costume “Hanbok”. Before moving to a dinner restaurant, you will have free time at Myeongdong fashion street. Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner [Special meal: Royal Court Cuisine]. After breakfast, you will transfer to Jeju airport and fly to Seoul. Then transfer to Incheon airport. The tour will end by transferring you back to the Incheon airport.
