Welcome to Korea! Meeting and greeting at the arrivals by our professional English-Speaking local guide. Transfer to the hotel in Seoul. Accommodation at Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Insadong or similar class.
After breakfast at the hotel, today’s tour will start with travelling to Imjinggak at DMZ, and visiting the Freedom Bridge and Mangbaedan, which is an altar for the Koreans pay respect to their families in North Korea. It is especially crowded during the Lunar New Year and Korean Thanksgiving Holidays, “Chuseok”, as this is the closest time for families to get to North Korea. After, transferring to the DMZ, you will see the 3rd tunnel, Dorasan observatory, and Tongilchon village. From the observation deck, you will be able to see part of North Korea. The Media Hall offers an insight into the disparities in the divided country. After coming back to Seoul, you will visit Myeongdong’s bustling street. Breakfast / Lunch. Accommodation at Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Insadong or similar class.
Today, you will start the tour of Gyeongbokgung which was built in 1395, three years after the Joseon dynasty was founded. The name means: the “Palace Greatly Bless by Heaven”. The site of Gyeongbokgung was at the heart of Seoul and, indeed, deemed auspicious according to the traditional practice of geomancy. The tour will continue with Bukchon Hanok village where you can see the traditional type of houses in upper class of Joseon dynasty. Then to Changdeokgung (UNESCO Heritage) which was built in 1405 by King Taejong, the third ruler of Joseon. All palaces in Seoul were burnt down during the Japanese invasion in 1592, and Changdeokgung Palace became the first palace to be rebuilt in 1610. Since then, it became the primary palace for about 270 years where 13 kings including the last monarch dealt with state affairs. Finally, transfer to Namsan N-tower observatory and enjoy the panoramic view of Seoul and trying on the Korean traditional costume, Hanbok. You will transfer to the restaurant where you can taste the meal that was served to the Royal families during the Joseon dynasty. Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner [Special meal : Royal Court Cuisine]. Accommodation at Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Insadong or similar class.
After breakfast, you will have free time until checkout time. The tour will end by transferring you back to the Incheon airport.

Opening of the Korea Visa Application Centre (KVAC) in London
Starting from January 17, 2022, the Government of the Republic of Korea will open the Korea Visa Application Centre (KVAC) in London, managed by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), to manage the Korean visa applications submitted by UK nationals and third-country nationals regularly residing in the UK.
