There is nothing more beautiful and magical than visiting Venice in its best period: the one where the Carnival is celebrated.
Parades, events, street food, “Losvolo del Leon” and masquerade dances. In Venetian culture the mask is a symbol of freedom and
transgression: no differences, no distances and no social classes. That’s why Carnival is so important in Venice. It was a time
when the Doges also allowed the poor and minor social classes to have fun and participate in social life.
